What you rent when you rent a trade show booth from Qbooth

A rental booth from Qbooth is not a bare system you put together yourself. We design the booth around your brand and your booth space, build it in our own facility in Made, bring it to the show and set it up there. After the last day of the show we dismantle it and take everything away again.

The construction consists of Aluvision frames: a modular system made to be used again and again. So you rent a booth that looks like custom work, without a one-off construction having to be built for it. The banners and prints in your branding we do make new; those are yours and stay yours.

This way you rent what you only need once or a few times a year, and you do not pay for material that spends the rest of the year in a warehouse.

Who renting is the logical choice for

Renting suits companies that exhibit once or a few times a year and have no appetite for storage, maintenance and the question of where the booth goes in between. It also suits companies whose booth size changes per show: a 12 m² inline booth at one show, a 60 m² island booth at the next. With a rental you only pay each time for what you need at that moment.

Marketing agencies and booth builders from abroad rent from us as their production and installation partner: they supply the design, we build it in the Netherlands and set it up on the European show floor.

What is included in a rental booth

Every Qbooth rental booth includes as standard:

• A 3D design of your booth on your booth space, for approval in advance
• The complete construction: frames, walls and, where wanted, a ceiling or a raised platform
• Graphic cladding: banners and prints in your branding, made new
• Lighting: spotlights and, where wanted, illuminated walls
• Transport to and from the show, including across borders
• Setup by our own installation crew and teardown after the last day of the show
• One contact person from the first drawing until the floor is empty again

Why a Qbooth rental booth does not look like a rental booth

Many rental booths are recognizable by the same system: thin walls, visible profiles, a counter from the catalog. At Qbooth every rental booth starts with a design around your brand. The frames are modular, but the layout, the heights, the banners and the lighting determine how the booth looks, and those are yours.

Want to go a step further? Then we combine the rental system with custom elements: your own counter, a built furniture piece, an upper deck. We call that custom work on a modular base.

Trade show booth rental across Europe

Exhibiting in Europe? We build your rental booth wherever the show takes place: in the Netherlands (RAI Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Ahoy Rotterdam), in Belgium (Brussels Expo, Antwerp Expo), in Germany (Messe Düsseldorf, Koelnmesse, Messe Frankfurt, Hannover Messe) and in Spain (Fira Barcelona, IFEMA Madrid). You rent the same booth, with the same installation crew and the same contact person.

Transport and setup across borders

Transport and setup are included in the rental price, so you know in advance what a show abroad will cost. Check the trade show calendar to see whether your show is listed.

Storage between two shows

Exhibiting again within a few months with the same booth? Then we store your banners and any custom elements in our facility, so the second setup is faster and cheaper. You can read more about reuse on sustainable booth building.

Rent, or buy after all?

If you exhibit more than two or three times a year with the same booth, buying can work out cheaper than renting every time. What does trade show booth rental cost?
