Raised · sustainable · comfortable

The exhibition floor
that completes your stand.

A raised system floor hides the cables, sits perfectly level everywhere and gives your stand a finished look from the very first step.

We provide the floor as part of your stand, sustainable and reusable, and lay it tightly on the exhibition floor with our own team.

Raised exhibition floor in a stand built by Qbooth

The floor shapes the first impression, literally

Visitors step onto your stand before they read a single word. Your own floor makes the difference between “a spot in the hall” and “a space that is yours”.

Cables out of sight

Power, data and lighting run beneath the raised floor. No cable trunking or tape across the ground, just a clean surface.

Level everywhere

Hall floors often slope or are uneven. A system floor levels that out, so furniture, display cases and LED stand straight and stable.

Comfortable and quiet

A springy floor with the right finish is more pleasant to stand on all day and dampens noise. Good for your visitors and your stand crew.

Finished to your brand

Carpet in your brand color, wood look, vinyl or an inlaid logo at the entrance. The finish matches the rest of the stand.

Sustainable and reusable

After the show the system floor returns to our warehouse and travels on to the next one. Read about sustainability.

Safe and flush finished

Neat edge trims and ramps where needed, so the transition to the aisle is level and no one trips.

Floor, frames and graphics that align with each other

We don’t provide the floor separately, but as part of the stand we build for you. That way the dimensions, the heights and the colors all line up, and on the exhibition floor there is nothing that doesn’t fit.

Exhibition flooring, explained

What is a raised exhibition floor?

A raised exhibition floor is a system floor that sits a few centimeters above the hall floor. This neatly hides cables and ducting beneath the floor, keeps the surface perfectly level everywhere and gives the stand a finished, professional look.

Can an exhibition floor be sustainable?

Yes. We work with reusable system floors and finishing layers that return to our warehouse after the show and are deployed again. Buy once, use show after show, that saves waste and transport.

Is a raised floor comfortable to stand on?

A springy system floor with the right finish is noticeably more pleasant to stand on than the bare hall floor and dampens noise. For visitors and your stand crew who are on their feet all day, that makes a big difference.

Do you provide the floor separately or with the whole stand?

We provide the floor as part of the stand we build, so floor, frames, graphics and technology all connect. If you already have a stand and only want the floor, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.

Curious what the right floor does for you?

Send us your show, stand size and design. We’ll show you how the floor works out in your stand, in 3D beforehand.
