What you hire when you hire an exhibition stand from Qbooth

A hire stand from Qbooth is not a bare system you put together yourself. We design the stand around your brand and your stand space, build it in our own hall in Made, bring it to the fair and set it up there. After the last day of the fair we dismantle it and take everything away again.

The construction consists of Aluvision frames: a modular system made to be used again and again. So you hire a stand that looks like custom work, without a one-off construction having to be built for it. The banners and prints in your house style we do make new; those are yours and stay yours.

This way you hire what you only need once or a few times a year, and you do not pay for material that spends the rest of the year in a warehouse.

Who hiring is the logical choice for

Hiring suits companies that exhibit once or a few times a year and have no appetite for storage, maintenance and the question of where the stand goes in between. It also suits companies whose stand size changes per fair: a 12 m² row stand at one fair, a 60 m² island stand at the next. With hire you only pay each time for what you need at that moment.

Marketing agencies and stand builders from abroad hire from us as their production and installation partner: they supply the design, we build it in the Netherlands and set it up on the European exhibition floor.

What is included in a hire stand

Every Qbooth hire stand includes as standard:

• A 3D design of your stand on your stand space, for approval in advance
• The complete construction: frames, walls and, where wanted, a ceiling or a raised platform
• Graphic cladding: banners and prints in your house style, made new
• Lighting: spotlights and, where wanted, illuminated walls
• Transport to and from the fair, including across the border
• Build-up by our own installation team and dismantling after the last day of the fair
• One contact person from the first drawing until the floor is empty again

Why a Qbooth hire stand does not look like a hire stand

Many hire stands are recognisable by the same system: thin walls, visible profiles, a counter from the catalogue. At Qbooth every hire stand starts with a design around your brand. The frames are modular, but the layout, the heights, the banners and the lighting determine how the stand looks, and those are yours.

Want to go a step further? Then we combine the hire system with custom elements: your own counter, a built furniture piece, an upper deck. We call that custom work on a modular base.

Transport and build-up are included in the hire price, so you know in advance what a fair abroad will cost. Check the trade fair calendar to see whether your fair is listed.

Storage between two fairs

Exhibiting again within a few months with the same stand? Then we store your banners and any custom elements in our hall, so the second build-up is faster and cheaper. You can read more about reuse on sustainable stand building.

Hire, or buy after all?

If you exhibit more than two or three times a year with the same stand, buying can work out cheaper than hiring every time. What does exhibition stand hire cost?
